Choice Customer Care

Choice Customer Care provides a bedside tablet based system called “Choice Patient Care” to replace the “nurse’s call button” in hospitals and LT care facilities. The tablet includes need specific icons that, when pushed by the patient, alert the specific individual provider (nurse, tech, volunteer) that is accountable to fulfill that specific need for that patient via push message. Their cloud server keeps track, re-routes and promotes the unanswered requests in a timely fashion to ensure that every request is fulfilled.
