BACKGROUND
A large pharmaceutical company’s leadership had a strategic goal to foster and empower innovation throughout the organization. They aimed to activate participants across the company to identify problem areas and potential solutions through a structured program that incorporated collaboration and professional development.
HOW MATTER HELPED
MATTER supported the company in developing an open call for internal concepts through a guided workshop and application process. Selected concepts were then invited to a workshop at MATTER to advance solution development.
OUTCOMES
Three concepts were presented to executive leadership around strategic opportunity areas, including finance workflows, patient engagement and a team development platform. Across all three areas, additional resources were committed to further concept development and deployment.
