Supporting clinician well-being.

In the third annual Health Tech Venture Challenge, Advocate Aurora Health has partnered with MATTER to explore, source and pilot novel solutions that:

Help to build a culture of well-being within the organization that enables clinicians to feel supported and shows that the organization is committed to their overall health and well-being.

Bolster individual well-being. Ensuring access to tools and resources that support clinicians’ personal resilience and well-being is critical to sustainable care.

Create workflows that reduce sources of stress, frustration and inefficiency. While some solutions help clinicians with their personal well-being, organizational systems and processes can help to diminish stress by reducing cognitive and administrative burdens.

Solutions can address one or a combination of the priority areas listed above.

Challenge prize

The winning team will receive a $10,000 cash prize, a six-month MATTER membership and the commitment from Advocate Aurora Health to pilot their solution.
