Reimagine primary care

Technology has opened the door to new possibilities for primary care. Advocate Aurora Health has partnered with MATTER to inspire, explore and source novel solutions that:

Increase access to care. Provide innovative digital and virtual options to extend care beyond office-based primary care visits — allowing patients to get care where they are and exactly when they need it.

Improve the patient experience. Empower consumers to take an active role in managing their own health through educational and consumer engagement tools.

Reduce the overall cost of care. Decrease the time providers spend on administrative work, enabling them to spend more time where it matters most: with patients.

Challenge prize

The winning team will receive a $10,000 prize and a six-month MATTER membership. One or more finalists will each receive curated sessions with subject matter experts at Advocate Aurora Health who can provide strategic and tactical guidance on implementing the product or solution.
