Luminoah wins AGA Incubator Showcase at DDW 2026
The med tech company took top honors among 11 startups in AGA’s inaugural GI incubator program.
MATTER and the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) are pleased to announce that Luminoah has been named the winner of the AGA Incubator Showcase, held Saturday, May 2 at Digestive Disease Week® 2026 in Chicago.
The showcase marked the conclusion of the AGA Incubator: Improving GI Care, the first program dedicated to advancing innovation in digestive disease care. Eleven startups spent six months in tailored programming, working with mentors, clinical advisors and industry connections before taking the stage at DDW to pitch in front of investors, potential customers and healthcare leaders.
Luminoah’s win comes at the end of a program that brought together startups working across a wide range of GI challenges — from colorectal cancer screening and pelvic floor disorders to pancreatic cyst diagnostics, Crohn’s disease therapy and revenue cycle tools for provider teams.
Luminoah is a med tech company based in Charlottesville, Virginia, dedicated to making enteral nutrition delivery simpler, smarter and easier for the people who depend on it. Their flagship product, Luminoah Flow, is the world’s smallest enteral pump — compact, app-connected and designed to move with the user rather than tether them to a pole or backpack. The company received FDA clearance for the Flow system in April 2026.
The full cohort includes JOGO, MiWEndo Solutions, Protego, Twistomy, Amplified Sciences, Lura Health, Neurogut, Prevenotics, Flow Therapeutics and GI Transit.
Congratulations to Luminoah and to all 11 startups in the inaugural cohort.
