Vynca’s new partnership helps Louisianans honor end-of-life wishes.
Vynca has partnered with the Louisiana Health Care Quality Forum to electronically complete, store and access patients’ end-of-life wishes. By storing these details in a statewide electronic registry, stakeholders across the care continuum will be equipped with the information they need to more effectively honor patient care preferences.
