ACIRAH Health, PBC — Chicago, Illinois

ACIRAH Health is working to eliminate healthcare disparities by increasing the enrollment of African Americans in clinical trials. ACIRAH’s mission is to further empower African Americans with the tools to enhance their health outcomes, overall wellness and lifestyle.


Alimus — Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Alimus works with insurance companies and underwriters to pair expecting mothers with a doula to offer support during pregnancies and labor. With Alimus creating greater accessibility to doulas, women have an overall better birthing experience, employers are able to offer an extra service, birth outcomes are increasingly safer and medical expenses are reduced.


Carrum Health — San Francisco, California

Carrum Health is a Centers of Excellence platform that directly connects employers to the country’s top providers for high-value episodes of care to streamline healthcare delivery. The Carrum platform currently serves over one million lives across more than 100 employers and covers a wide range of services in orthopedics, spine, bariatrics and cardiology.


ComeBack Mobility — San Francisco, California

ComeBack Mobility has developed an AI integrated product called Smart Crutch Tips to control the rehabilitation process with leg injuries. The solution allows patients to set the axial load of their Smart Crutch Tips through a smartphone app while the doctor monitors and adapts the program.


DenScore — Des Moines, Iowa

DenScore’s proprietary technology uses natural language processing and machine learning algorithms to measure dental performance from the lens of a patient so that dental insurers, large employers and dental support organizations are better aligned with consumer needs. DenScore’s products have been designed by a team of clinicians, data scientists and researchers to support value-based care initiatives which benefit multiple healthcare stakeholders.

Healthiby is a wellness rewards solution that tracks, gamifies and rewards participants’ progress on their health and wellness journeys, while providing the education to change habits and social accountability to stay engaged. Healthiby’s incentive program motivates, challenges and supports people who want to achieve measurable health outcomes.


Orthopedic Wellness Laboratories (OWL) — Woodinville, Washington

OWL restores a patient’s neck strength and range of motion following an injury with their patent pending medical device and AI machine learning platform, the OWL 770. OWL 770 offers physical therapy and chiropractic practices an easy to install and maintain neck rehabilitation device and data-driven recovery program for their patients.


Partum Health — Chicago, Illinois

Partum Health is developing tech-enabled services that help families thrive during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. Partum Health brings together a comprehensive team of postpartum experts to create a personalized care plan based on each person’s unique needs including infant feeding, personalized therapy, mental health and nutrition.


Reach52 Pte Ltd — Singapore

Reach52 connects underserved communities in the Philippines, India, Cambodia and Indonesia to healthcare support using an offline-first tech product and network of agents to give access to healthcare services such as medical advice, screening events and health education.
