Canurta Therapeutics is a biotechnology company developing botanical therapeutics aimed at reversing the chronic disease crisis. With their advanced technologies, Canurta can capture, purify and enrich rare, multipotent polyphenols to target inflammation and address unmet needs in neurology, virology and oncology.

CareAware — Chicago, Illinois:
CareAware provides transparency in the complex world of medical billing. Their AI-powered application transforms confusing medical bills and Explanation of Benefits into clear, actionable insights.

CerTracker — Tulsa, Oklahoma:
CerTracker is a digital credential management platform designed to help healthcare organizations and licensed professionals effortlessly track, manage and share their licenses and certifications. Their automated system reduces administrative burden, ensures compliance and streamlines onboarding.

CORE Futures Innovations — Silver Spring, Maryland:
CORE Futures Innovations creates technology solutions rooted in culture and driven by data to empower underserved communities. By providing access to education and culturally-driven resources, they aim to drive equitable progress and transform these hubs into thriving centers of innovation and sustainable growth.

Deep Breathe — London, Canada:
Deep Breathe is where lung ultrasound and deep learning research converge. Through the creation of various computer vision classifiers, they are delivering accurate and portable lung imaging solutions for those suffering from or treating respiratory concerns.

DragOnFlow Systems — Tel Aviv, Israel:
DragOnFlow transforms static clinical trial protocols into interactive digital guides, ensuring precise execution, compliance and data integrity. Their platform acts as a real-time digital companion for research teams, converting complex protocols into step-by-step guides that can integrate seamlessly with clinical systems.

First Call Urology — Merrillville, Indiana:
First Call Urology is a telehealth company providing specialized urology care to patients nationwide. They provide virtual consultations and comprehensive treatment plans for a wide variety of urologic conditions. By partnering with insurers, employers and healthcare systems, they reduce ER visits, improve outcomes and expand access to urologic care.

JiLuna — Washington, District of Columbia:
JiLuna revolutionizes women’s health by offering a comprehensive suite of tools and personalized care to conquer menopausal symptoms. Their solution includes an intuitive app, direct-to-door bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and telehealth services.

MindfulGarden — Vancouver, Canada:
MindfulGarden is pioneering a non-pharmacological approach to managing hospital-acquired delirium by reducing patient agitation and the need for antipsychotic medication in patient care.

Myomar Molecular Inc. — Halifax, Canada:
Myomar Molecular is an innovative company specializing in diagnostic solutions for muscle health. The company’s proprietary urine test allows healthcare professionals to monitor muscle health and evaluate metabolites affected by diet, exercise, and muscle degeneration. Additionally, Myomar is developing a point-of-care test to enable individuals to assess their muscle health at home.

NeuroX — Jacksonville, Florida:
NeuroX is an AI-powered brain health platform ecosystem integrating dementia care, stroke management and geriatric psychiatry into a scalable, technology-driven ecosystem.

Omeed Labs — Lake Villa, Illinois:
Omeed Labs is a health technology company that has developed Health Tracker software to help users record symptoms, medication intake, and health data while generating structured, clinician-friendly summaries for better medical decision-making and patient insight.

Possibility Neurotechnologies — Calgary, Canada:
Possibility Neurotechnologies creates user-centric assistive solutions to bridge the gap between cutting-edge brain-computer interface technologies and the array of applications they can control. Their Think2Switch™ solution is a one-of-a-kind device that translates brain signals into usable commands, letting you control real-world objects using only your thoughts.

Raport — Spring, Texas:
Raport offers a digital platform that leverages AI to retrieve, organize and summarize medical records. Their mission is to simplify healthcare by organizing your records and providing crucial information when you need it most.

StoneFaced RX — Phoenix, Arizona:
StoneFaced Rx advances dermatological equity by leveraging tele-dermatology to offer personalized skincare regimens for people of color. By developing a diverse medical image repository, they aim to significantly reduce the average psoriasis diagnosis time of three years for people of color.

xJect Compact Safety Syringes — Chicago, Illinois:
xJect is an innovative medical device company focused on redefining prefilled syringes with its compact, leak-proof and cost-efficient design. Their flagship product, the xJect safety syringe, features a patent-pending split plunger system that reduces syringe length by at least 35 percent, improving portability and logistics while maintaining full functionality.
