Aiva Health claims second place in Allscripts Developer Challenge

Aiva Health, a hands-free communication and room control platform that utilizes voice assistants claimed second place at the Developer Challenge hosted by Allscripts, Microsoft and ARC Innovation at SHEBA. Aiva will now have access to the Allscripts Developer Program and the Allscripts-ARC Innovation private sandbox.


Blueprint secures $3.4 million in seed funding

Blueprint, a technology company that allows mental health clinicians to efficiently practice measurement-based care, recently announced 3.47 million in funding. The funding will be used to grow the Blueprint team and expand their software that allows mental health clinicians to provide personalized results for their patients.


Cliexa announces partnership with Banner Health’s North Colorado Family Medicine

Cliexa, a modular digital intake and remote monitoring platform, recently announced their partnership with North Colorado Family Medicine. With this partnership, cliexa will be able to integrate care support to family physicians working with adolescent patients at Northern Colorado Family Medicine and aid in improving adolescent behavioral health.


Dimension Inx raises $3.175 million in funding

Dimension Inx, a biofabrication company developing regenerative medical implants that repair tissues and organs, recently announced $3.175 million in funding. The funding will be used to accelerate Dimension Inx’s commercial development and FDA approval of therapeutic implants for facial reconstruction and dental malformations due to congenital defects or aging.


EDGe Surgical secures $5 million in funding

EDGe Surgical, orthopedic surgical company and makers of the single-use electronic depth gauge EDG® Ortho 65mm, announced a raise of $5 million from Sectoral Asset Management. With this new funding, EDGe Surgical will advance towards their goal of a more accurate and bioburden-free surgical environment as well as bring their new spinal surgery product, Awl-in-One Tap™, to market.


HealthBeacon raises €5.5 million

HealthBeacon, a medication adherence technology company, announced a raise of €5.5 million in funding. The funding will be used to expand the HealthBeacon team and launch their injection care management system in new global markets.


patientMpower secures contracts with U.K. and U.S. hospitals

patientMpower, a healthcare software company that creates smartphone apps and integrated home diagnostics, secured contracts with nine U.K. and U.S. hospitals. The contracts with eight NHS hospital groups in the U.K. and Mount Sinai hospital group in New York will allow patientMpower to provide remote monitoring services for COVID-19 patients.


Pear Therapeutics raises $80 million in funding

Pear Therapeutics, an FDA-cleared prescription digital therapeutics company, raised $80 million in a recent funding round led by SoftBank’s Vision Fund. With this new funding, Pear Therapeutics will progress the commercialization of the company’s three approved products.


Upfront Healthcare announces $11.5 million in Series B funding

Upfront Healthcare, a digital omnichannel communication and patient engagement platform, raised $11.5 million in Series B funding. The new funding will accelerate and implement Upfront’s solution, Care Traffic Control, within health systems and expand the company’s development team.
